Vagas For Business is a SaaS technology company, in the B2B segment, which offers a complete selection for recruitment and selection of professionals for companies of all sizes, in an agile and efficient way. It is part of the Vagas.com group, the largest free career portal in Brazil.
Acting in a complementary way, the platforms Vagas.com, which offers a free curriculum management service for the B2C public, and Vagas For Business, with the proposal of R&S software for companies, work in perfect synergy by uniting professionals and companies in the same recruitment environment.
With this device in hand, the Vagas group needed to turn on a great opportunity generator engine for its main product: the Vagas For Business software.

The strategy
Initially, we performed a comprehensive review of the entire history of the client's ad platforms, analyzing campaigns, correcting settings and implementing new features, never before explored in the accounts.
To get closer to our main objective, we prepared a complete study of the opportunities in the media platforms, analyzing the investment potential x results and putting together our tactical plan.
We prioritized investment in the platform that has proven to have the greatest potential for new bottom-of-the-funnel opportunities: Search. And we use the other platforms to complement the strategy with inbound marketing.
